    เป็นเพราะอะไร ทำไมพอ update เป็น mozilla firefox 25 ดูหนังใน youtube ชอบค้างเวลาเราไม่ขยับเมาส์บนหน้าจอ พอเลื่อนเมาส์มันถึงจะเล่นต่อได้ รบกวนตอบด้วยค่ะ ขอบพระคุณอย่างยิ่ง

    รบกวนถามค่ะ คือมีปัญหาเปิด firefox ไม่ขึ้น uninstall แล้วลงใหม่ก็ไม่ได้
    ลองทำหลายวิธีก็ยังไมได้ค่ะ
    ที่ลองทำคือ

    1. กด task manager >> เลือก firefox.exe > end process

    2.จะสร้าง profle ใหม่ ก็ไม่ได้อีกค่ะ
    firefox.exe -profile
    มันมีโค๊ดนี้มาค่ะ
    “ํYour firefox profile could not be loaded. It;s may be missing or inaccessible”

    หรือถ้าพิมพ์
    firefox.exe -p
    จะไำด้ว่า
    XML Parsing Error: undefined entity
    Location: chrome://mozapps/content/profile/profileSelection.xul
    Line Number 18, Column 1:<dialog
    ^

    3.จะเข้า safe mode ของ firefox ก็ไม่ได้ค่ะ

    ไม่ทราบว่ามีวิธีแก้มั๊ยคะ ขอคำแนะนำด้วยค่ะ
